
We have secured the time of some of the industry’s leading consultants to assist contact centre executives to review their operation and learn from the experience of others.
The Ministry of Performance offers contact centres with a simple yet effective half day review of their operation.
We send one of our experienced consultants who have donated their time to the MoP cause. They will spend two hours walking the floor, talking to your agents and supervisors before spending 40 minutes with you sharing their observations and recommendations of how you can reduce cost and improve performance.
In return, our only request is that you share your experiences and any lessons learnt with other organisations participating in the MoP. We will connect you with other contact centre executives we feel have similar issues, expanding your network and hopefully together, sharing ideas.
